Decoil and cut to length :
Weight of coil 40 tons max , have attacching papper and membrane function. Can eliminate about 65% shape defect of strip (such as wave / abdominal wave / warp /edge bend etc.）.
Processing range : width：100-2150mm length :300-150000mm thickness：0.2-25.4mm
Slitting :
Weight of coil 32 tons max , inner diameter of coil 508mm~610mm. Have attaching papper and membrancefunction .
Processing range : width :100-2150mm thickness :0.1-14mm slitting tolerance :±0.5mm
Water jet cutting :
Cutting thickness 200mm max. Have high dimensional accuracy , no thermal deformation , cutting surface smooth etc characteristics. Among them five axis water jet cutting equipment add cutting tool bit can dynamic change technology. Not only can processing oblique section but also can processing such as cone complex parts . Water jet cutting suitable for cutting bigger thichness , complex shape, high precision requirement parts . Have the effect of semi-finished products .
Laser cutting ：
fast speed , high automation level, norrow kerf width, heat affected zone small, parts local deformation small. Have great advantage for the business which need high accuracy , large thickness and super-long plate or short deliry time. Cutting thickness 1.0-20mm.
Plasmas cutting :
Suitable for cutting bigger parts wich accuracy is not high or plate thickness large. Have low cost, fast speed feature. Cutting thickness 6.0-120mm.
